Every janitorial program begins with a facility walk-through. We review your building’s layout, traffic, operating hours, floor types, restrooms, access procedures and service priorities. From there, we develop a customized scope that clearly identifies which areas will be cleaned, what tasks will be completed and how often each service will occur.

Each janitorial cleaning plan is customized to the facility. Depending on your property, selected schedule and service priorities, your program may include:
• Trash and recycling: Emptying designated containers, replacing liners and moving collected material to the approved disposal area.
• Restroom cleaning and sanitation: Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, partitions, mirrors and floors.
• Entrances and common areas: Cleaning lobbies, hallways, stairways, waiting areas and other high-traffic spaces.
• Offices and administrative areas: Dusting accessible surfaces, emptying waste containers and cleaning floors around desks and workstations.
• Breakrooms and employee areas: Cleaning sinks, counters, tables, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts and floors.
• High-touch surfaces: Cleaning designated door handles, switches, counters, handrails and other frequently touched areas.
• Carpet and hard floors: Routine vacuuming, sweeping and damp mopping based on each floor type and area.
• Interior glass: Spot-cleaning fingerprints and smudges from entry doors, sidelights, mirrors and designated interior glass.
• Supply restocking: Restocking paper products, soap and other consumable supplies when included in the service agreement.
Your written proposal will identify the specific tasks, areas and frequencies included in your janitorial program.
Janitorial Cleaning From 1 to 7 Days Per Week
Janitorial service is available from one to seven days per week. The appropriate schedule depends on your building’s traffic, number of occupants, operating hours, restroom usage and customer-facing areas.
Different parts of the same facility may require different service frequencies. Restrooms, entrances and breakrooms may need more frequent attention, while private offices, meeting rooms and lower-traffic areas may follow a different schedule.
Evening, early-morning, weekend and daytime cleaning may be available based on your facility’s needs. Your service plan can also be adjusted as staffing, building usage or priorities change.

Medical and dental services are limited to traditional cleaning of reception areas, waiting rooms, administrative offices, staff areas, restrooms and other non-sterile spaces. We do not provide sterilization of treatment areas, biohazard remediation, sharps handling or regulated medical-waste disposal.
We currently serve schools and educational facilities but do not provide daycare cleaning.

Are cleaning products and equipment included?
Standard cleaning products and equipment can be included in your janitorial program. Paper products, trash liners, soap and other consumable supplies will be addressed separately in your proposal.
Do you provide medical and dental janitorial cleaning?
We provide traditional office cleaning for reception areas, waiting rooms, administrative offices, staff areas, restrooms and other non-sterile spaces. We do not provide treatment-area sterilization, biohazard remediation, sharps handling or regulated medical-waste disposal.
Is Gabriel’s Cleaning Services insured?
Yes. Gabriel’s Cleaning Services is fully insured, and insurance documentation can be provided when required.
What is the difference between janitorial and office cleaning?
Office cleaning focuses primarily on professional offices, workstations, conference rooms, reception areas and employee spaces. Janitorial service can cover a wider commercial facility and may include restrooms, entrances, common areas, trash removal, floor maintenance and other recurring building-cleaning responsibilities.
