Terms of Service

Gabriel’s Cleaning Services, LLC

Welcome to Gabriel’s Cleaning Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, scheduling, or receiving any service from us, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all services provided, including but not limited to residential cleaning, office and commercial cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing.


1. Scope of Services

Gabriel’s Cleaning Services, LLC provides professional cleaning and exterior maintenance services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential cleaning (one-time, recurring, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out)

  • Office and commercial cleaning

  • Window cleaning (interior and exterior)

  • Pressure washing and exterior surface cleaning

  • Specialty or add-on services as agreed in writing

Specific services, pricing, and frequency will be outlined in your estimate, invoice, proposal, or booking confirmation.


2. Scheduling & Property Access

  • Client agrees to provide safe, timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

  • If access is not available, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or staffing availability.


3. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Pricing is based on the agreed scope of work and condition of the property at the time of booking.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit/debit card, or electronic payment.

  • Accounts more than 60 days past due may be subject to service suspension until the balance is paid in full.

  • Continued non-payment may result in termination of services and further collection efforts as permitted by Michigan law.


4. Past Due Balances & Contractor Lien Rights

  • The Client acknowledges that unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law, past due balances may be applied as a contractor or construction lien against the serviced property.

  • The Client agrees to be responsible for all reasonable costs associated with collection, including administrative and legal fees, where permitted by law.


5. Deposits

  • Deposits may be required to secure an appointment, at the sole discretion of the Company.

  • Deposit requirements may vary based on service type, job size, scheduling demands, or client history.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable in cases of late cancellation, no-show, or failure to provide access.

  • Failure to pay a required deposit may result in cancellation of the scheduled service.


6. Estimates & Service Adjustments

  • Estimates are based on information provided by the Client.

  • If the condition of the property differs materially from what was disclosed (including excessive buildup, clutter, pet hair, height/access issues, or surface deterioration), the Company reserves the right to:

    • Adjust pricing

    • Modify the scope of work

    • Decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unreasonable


7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service price.

  • Rescheduling without penalty is at the sole discretion of the Company.


8. Weather Policy

  • Cleaning services may still be completed during rain or light weather conditions.

  • For window cleaning and pressure washing, the Company will determine whether conditions are safe to proceed.

  • Rescheduling due to weather or safety concerns is at the sole discretion of the Company.


9. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Client must report any service concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to address valid concerns at its discretion.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the Company’s sole discretion.


10. Damage & Liability

  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • The Company is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Improperly installed, unstable, or fragile items

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.


11. Window Cleaning Terms

  • Window cleaning may reveal pre-existing conditions such as scratches, oxidation, seal failure, hard water stains, or cracked glass.

  • The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from:

    • Faulty window construction or installation

    • Broken seals

    • Tempered glass failure

    • Defective or fragile frames or screens

  • Screens must be structurally sound prior to service.


12. Pressure Washing Terms

  • Pressure washing carries inherent risk to exterior surfaces.

  • Client confirms all surfaces are structurally sound and suitable for pressure washing.

  • The Company is not responsible for damage caused by:

    • Pre-existing deterioration

    • Loose siding, mortar, paint, or sealants

    • Improper construction or aging materials


13. Residential Cleaning Terms

  • Client is responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and sensitive materials prior to service.

  • Excessive clutter may limit the ability to clean certain areas.

  • Heavy furniture or appliances will not be moved unless agreed in advance.


14. Office & Commercial Cleaning Terms

  • Client is responsible for providing required access, keys, codes, and security clearance.

  • The Company is not responsible for service delays caused by access restrictions or building policies.

  • Cleaning is limited to agreed service areas and scope.


15. Safety & Work Conditions

  • Client agrees to provide a safe and sanitary working environment.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions pose a safety risk.

  • Aggressive or unsecured pets must be properly restrained during service.


16. Supplies & Equipment

  • The Company provides its own professional cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Client must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or product restrictions prior to service.


17. Service Limitations

The Company does not provide:

  • Biohazard cleanup

  • Mold remediation

  • Hoarding cleanup

  • Hazardous material removal

Unless explicitly agreed to in writing.


18. Photography & Marketing

  • The Company may take before-and-after photos of completed work for documentation or marketing purposes.

  • Photos will not include client personal information or identifying details.

  • Use of such photos is at the Company’s discretion.


19. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate services at any time, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

  • Certain contracts may require a thirty (30) day written notice of termination, which shall be honored when applicable.

  • All outstanding balances remain due upon termination.


20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
